Upper Body Strength Challenge 

This month let’s make moves together to strengthen our upper bodies. The exercise of the month is the old fashion push-up. The push-up is a traditional conditioning exercise that primarily works the triceps and the mid section as a whole. 

To perform the push up place your body in a tight plank position initially on your toes, you then begin raising and lowering the body using your arms.

Eat this for a flat belly

Probiotics are live beneficial bacteria in your digestive system.  What you may not know is that they can help you lose weight.  According to a recent study review from China, people who consumed probiotics for at least eight weeks lost almost 2 pounds more, on average, than those who didn't.  Try to eat one serving of a cultured or fermented food every day, such as, miso soup, sauerkraut, kombucha, or yogurt.


The Sugar Detox

The average person consumes about 22 teaspoons of sugar a day. This is way more than the 9 teaspoon limit set by the American Heart Association.  Halve that and you'll trim plenty of calories. You'll also shield yourself from diseases linked with being overweight.
